Peter Drucker said: “Time is the scarcest resource of managers. If it is not managed, nothing else can be managed.”
Okay, agreed. Time never stops marching forward. We often seem to run out of time, too.
“The key is to optimize your time, both professionally and personally, in a manner that will yield the most ideal results,” according to the Dale Carnegie ebook, “Time Management: A practical guide to efficiently prioritizing your time, enabling you to achieve optimum results.”
That ebook lists eight issues that need to be resolved to effectively manage time. If we give due consideration to these issues, then our efficiency in handling time should increase, improving our results.
Dale Carnegie is hosting a WebEx-style event to go over the eight areas that will help us all with Time Management.
